Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions due diligence and negotiations
- Advise on SEC compliance and corporate governance best practices

- Manage litigation cases with potential $50M+ exposure
- Mentor junior associates through structured training programs

- Represent firm at industry conferences and client summits
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited institution
- 10+ years corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firm
- New York State Bar admission (required)
- Proven track record in SEC filings and M&A deals
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages valued)
