Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 8+ years of experience in corporate law at a top-tier law firm
- Bar admission in New York State and active membership in good standing
- Proven track record in handling cross-border M&A transactions
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented deal closures
- Proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred for international cases
