Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions and joint ventures across technology and healthcare sectors
- Develop corporate governance frameworks and board policies for public companies
- Manage cross-border compliance initiatives and international regulatory filings

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 or equivalent firm
- New York State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven track record in M&A transactions valued at $500M+
- Advanced certification in corporate compliance (e.g., CCEP)
- Technical proficiency with contract lifecycle management platforms
- Experience managing international regulatory landscapes (GDPR, FCPA)
