Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and negotiate high-stakes M&A transactions worth $500M+
- Advise on corporate governance, SEC filings, and board governance matters
- Develop AI/ML compliance frameworks for tech clients scaling globally
- Manage cross-border litigation teams and international regulatory investigations
- Mentor junior attorneys and optimize legal department workflows
- Drive innovation in legal tech solutions including contract automation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms
- Bar admission in New York State and active in good standing
- Proven expertise in M&A, SEC compliance, and technology law
- Experience managing international regulatory investigations (DOJ, FTC)
- Certification in eDiscovery technology (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull)
- Exceptional track record in mentoring associates and legal teams
