- Manage litigation and regulatory investigations related to corporate matters
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide knowledge development

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Active New York State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in securities regulations and M&A transactions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle high-stakes matters
- Excellent negotiation and client management capabilities
- Admission to practice before federal courts
