Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions due diligence and integration processes
- Develop and implement global compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to New York State Bar (active membership required)
