Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions and due diligence processes for multinational clients
- Develop and negotiate strategic contracts across international jurisdictions

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience in top-tier law firms or in-house legal departments
- Active New York State Bar membership
- Proven expertise in M&A, securities law, and international transactions
- Exceptional negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Experience managing legal teams and budgets
- Strong academic credentials (top 25% of law school class)
