Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions and joint venture negotiations worth $500M+
- Develop AI/tech-focused commercial contracts and intellectual property strategies
- Design ESG compliance frameworks for multinational corporations
- Manage high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters before federal courts
- Mentor junior counsel and drive firm-wide legal innovation initiatives
- Advocate for clients before SEC, FTC, and international regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years corporate law experience with top-tier law firm or in-house counsel role
- Proven track record in cross-border M&A and technology transactions
- Admission to NY State Bar with active membership in good standing
- Advanced degree (LLM) in Corporate Law or Technology Law preferred
- Expertise in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and AI ethics frameworks
- Superior negotiation skills with documented $1B+ deal closures
- Certified ESG Governance Specialist (CESG) designation a plus
