- Manage litigation risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals while maintaining docket efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international expansion initiatives
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school with top 15% academic standing
- Admission to NY State Bar with 7+ years of corporate law experience
- Proven track record in M&A transactions exceeding $500M valuation
- Expertise in SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (LexisNexus, Westlaw Edge)
- Superior negotiation skills with documented deal-closing success
