Responsibilities
- Provide high-level legal strategy for complex corporate transactions, including M&A and restructuring.
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
- Oversee corporate governance policies and ensure full compliance with SEC and jurisdictional regulations.
- Manage external counsel and cross-functional teams to resolve litigation and regulatory disputes.
- Advise executive management on risk mitigation strategies and emerging legal trends.
- Oversee internal due diligence processes for international expansion projects.
- Develop and implement institutional policies that align with global legal standards.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of corporate law experience within a top-tier law firm or multinational corporation.
- Deep expertise in M&A, securities law, and corporate finance.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of building consensus among executive stakeholders.
