Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating complex agreements worth $100M+
- Develop corporate governance frameworks and board policies
- Manage regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Advise on intellectual property strategy and commercial licensing
- Direct litigation strategy for high-stakes corporate disputes
- Mentor junior attorneys and optimize legal workflows
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years corporate law experience at top-tier firms
- New York State Bar admission (active status)
- Proven M&A transaction leadership with $500M+ deals
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate compliance
- Strong legal writing and negotiation skills
- Experience managing legal teams and budgets
