Responsibilities
- Lead M&A due diligence and transactional documentation for $100M+ deals
- Develop global compliance programs across 15+ jurisdictions
- Advise C-suite executives on corporate governance best practices
- Manage litigation strategy and external counsel relationships
- Design AI-driven legal workflow automation solutions
- Mentor junior attorneys through our proprietary mentorship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years corporate law experience with BigLaw or in-house counsel
- JD from ABA-accredited institution with top 25% academic standing
- Active NY State Bar membership with no disciplinary history
- Proven M&A transaction experience (minimum 10 closed deals)
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in legal tech platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Clio)
