Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring initiatives

- Develop and implement risk management strategies for multinational corporations
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution with external counsel
- Oversee contract negotiations for major technology and commercial agreements
- Provide regulatory guidance on data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and antitrust compliance
- Mentor junior attorneys and drive legal process innovation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school with admission to NYS Bar
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
- Proven expertise in M&A transactions and securities regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex legal concepts
- Exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen
- Experience managing cross-border legal operations in multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to advise C-suite executives
- Proficiency with legal tech tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw, Clio)
