Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes M&A transactions and corporate restructuring deals
- Advise C-suite executives on governance policies and board matters
- Manage regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop innovative contract frameworks for technology partnerships
- Mentor junior associates and drive legal process optimization
- Represent clients in SEC filings and shareholder communications
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms
- Active MA bar license in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500M+ deal experience
- Strong academic credentials (top 25% law school class)
- Advanced proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
