Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions and capital market deals worth $500M+
- Advise on corporate governance structures and SEC compliance matters
- Develop strategic risk mitigation frameworks for multinational corporations
- Manage cross-border legal teams and international regulatory landscapes
- Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
- Drive innovation in legal technology implementation and process optimization
- Mentor junior counsel and oversee legal workflow automation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms
- Bar admission in New York State and active in good standing
- Proven track record in M&A transactions and SEC filings
- Advanced expertise in international corporate compliance (FCPA, GDPR)
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in managing legal teams and budgets
