Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at leading international law firms or in-house legal departments
- Active New York State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in M&A, securities regulations, and cross-border transactions
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in complex deal structuring
- Advanced certification in corporate compliance (e.g., CCEP) or international law
- Fluency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and contract management software
