Responsibilities
- Lead complex M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration processes for multinational corporations
- Advise C-suite executives on corporate governance best practices and SEC compliance
- Draft and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, licensing agreements, and joint ventures
- Develop innovative solutions for emerging legal challenges in digital transformation and AI
- Mentor junior attorneys and manage outside counsel relationships
- Represent clients in high-stakes arbitrations and regulatory proceedings
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school with top 15% academic standing
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
- Proven expertise in M&A, securities law, and cross-border transactions
- New York State Bar admission with active license in good standing
- Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of managing complex litigation and regulatory matters
- Experience with legal technology and e-discovery platforms
