Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions and complex corporate restructuring initiatives worth $500M+
- Develop and implement global compliance programs for multinational corporations
- Advise C-suite executives on SEC regulations, corporate governance, and risk management
- Manage high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings in federal courts
- Oversee intellectual property portfolio strategy and IP commercialization
- Mentor junior attorneys and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic legal initiatives
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms or in-house legal departments
- New York State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in M&A transactions and corporate governance
- Strong track record in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Exceptional negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
- Admitted to practice before federal courts and SEC
- Advanced certification in corporate compliance (e.g., CCEP) preferred
