Qualifications
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Illinois State Bar membership (in good standing)
- Proven track record in SaaS and fintech transactions
- Advanced degree from ABA-accredited law school
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate compliance frameworks
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to balance legal precision and business objectives
- Technical proficiency with legal research databases and contract automation tools
