Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions and venture capital financings for Fortune 500 clients
- Advise on corporate governance, SEC compliance, and international expansion strategies
- Manage cross-border regulatory matters across 15+ jurisdictions
- Develop IP protection strategies for AI and biotechnology clients
- Partner with C-suite executives to mitigate operational and legal risks
- Mentor junior attorneys and drive innovation in legal service delivery
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited institution with top 10% academic standing
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 or Big Four law firm
- Bar admission in New York and active membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC reporting, Dodd-Frank, and GDPR compliance
- Advanced certification in data privacy law (CIPP/US preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish for international client engagements
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500M+ transaction experience
