Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited institution
- 10+ years corporate law experience at top-tier firm
- New York State Bar admission (in good standing)

- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Advanced negotiation skills with C-suite executives
