Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier firm/in-house
- Active NY State Bar membership and in good standing
- Proven track record in M&A and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing legal teams and budgets
