Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions and corporate restructuring deals valued at $500M+
- Develop comprehensive compliance frameworks for multinational corporations
- Advise C-suite executives on governance, risk, and regulatory matters
- Manage high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Oversee intellectual property portfolios and technology licensing
- Mentor junior attorneys and drive legal process innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Admitted to NY Bar with active membership
- JD from ABA-accredited institution with top 20% class ranking
- Expertise in securities law, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions
- Proven track record in managing complex litigation cases
- CIPP or CIPP/IT certification preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin advantageous for international work
