Responsibilities

- Develop risk mitigation strategies for cross-border transactions and IP protection
- Manage litigation portfolios and represent clients in commercial disputes
- Mentor junior attorneys and optimize legal workflows using cutting-edge legal tech
- Build client relationships through proactive legal counsel and strategic advisory services
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school with admission to Illinois Bar
- 7+ years of corporate law experience with focus on M&A and securities regulation
- Proven track record managing $50M+ transactional portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory documents
- Excellent negotiation skills with history of closing high-value deals
- Experience managing legal teams and developing junior talent
