- Manage litigation portfolios and oversee external counsel relationships
- Drive ESG initiatives and sustainable governance policies
- Mentor junior attorneys and lead knowledge management programs
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution with top 20% academic standing
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms
- Active NY State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management software
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $500M+ deal experience
