Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and structuring of multi-million dollar M&A transactions
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and shareholder agreements

- Manage litigation strategy for corporate disputes and regulatory matters
- Mentor junior attorneys and oversee legal research initiatives
- Develop client relationships through proactive legal counsel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to New York State Bar with 7+ years corporate law experience
- Proven track record in M&A transactions and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory nuances
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional legal teams
