You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, working closely with product managers and subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, human-centric articles.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact long-form content including white papers, case studies, and industry trend reports.
- Optimize all written assets for SEO to drive organic growth and maintain top-tier rankings.
- Collaborate with the Product team to distill complex technical updates into digestible user-facing documentation.
- Manage the editorial content calendar to ensure consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce multi-media storytelling assets.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and content mapping.
- Exceptional grasp of the English language with a keen eye for clarity, tone, and grammar.
- Experience utilizing CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting strict deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content formats and industry topics.
