Responsibilities
- Develop strategic content blueprints aligned with client business objectives and SEO best practices
- Produce 3-5 high-converting blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership articles weekly
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize content for user engagement and conversion funnels
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Manage content calendars and ensure seamless cross-channel publication schedules
- Analyze performance metrics using SEMrush and Google Analytics to refine content strategy
- Mentor junior writers through monthly workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional content writing experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B tech expertise
- Proven track record of creating content that achieves 40%+ YoY organic traffic growth
- Advanced proficiency in SEO optimization tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO) and CMS platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability with demonstrated success in complex topic simplification
