Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints and strict quality standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Risk & Safety: Implement rigorous Health & Safety protocols (CSCS Gold) to ensure zero accidents and full compliance with UK building regulations.
- Resource Optimization: Manage budgets, procurement strategies, and subcontractor resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to maintain exceptional craftsmanship and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: HNC/HND or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in construction project management, preferably within the UK residential or commercial sector.
- Certifications: Valid CSCS Gold Card and Prince2 or APM Project Management qualification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
