Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices and waste reduction strategies
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and quality control processes
- Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on project management experience
- OSHA 30-hour and LEED AP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Proven track record in commercial/residential project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
