Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for commercial/residential developments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Monitor project progress using Procore software and adjust timelines as needed
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and resolve construction defects
- Lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations throughout project phases
- Drive sustainability initiatives and LEED certification processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on construction project management experience
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Driver's License
