- Direct large-scale commercial construction projects from initial budget planning to completion.
- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met within defined timeframes.
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety standards across all active jobsites.
- Monitor project expenditures, providing detailed financial reporting and budget variance analysis.
- Facilitate weekly site meetings and resolve technical field challenges proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects valued over $20M successfully.
- Expertise in industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations and building code compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCM) is considered a significant asset.
