Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects ($5M+ value)
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines
- Implement rigorous safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Oversee budget management and cost-control measures
- Develop project schedules using Primavera P6
- Lead client communication and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior project staff through on-the-job training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- PMP or LEAP certification preferred
- Expertise in building codes and local regulations
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
