Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Implement BIM technology and digital project management tools for precision execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical challenges
- Drive sustainable construction practices and LEED certification initiatives
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP, LEED AP, or similar industry certification required
- Proven track record delivering commercial projects over $20M
- Expertise in BIM/CAD software and Procore construction management systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- OSHA 30-hour certification and current CPR/First Aid credentials
