Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and safety protocols
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
- Resolve site challenges and maintain project timelines through proactive problem-solving
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain detailed project documentation
- Forge relationships with municipal authorities and navigate permitting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $10M in value
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials preferred
- Expert knowledge of construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and cost control
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Construction Manager (CM) license required
