Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle planning, execution, and closure for commercial/residential developments
- Manage budgets exceeding $15M while maintaining strict cost control measures
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and local building codes
- Implement innovative construction technologies (BIM, drone surveys, etc.)
- Conduct weekly site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Stakeholder management with clients, investors, and municipal authorities
- Mentor junior project managers and construction staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience with 5+ in project management
- PMP or LEED certification required
- Proven track record managing projects >$10M in commercial/residential sectors
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid trained
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and risk mitigation
