Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery of $10M+ construction projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Control project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Procore and BIM 360
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes
- Report progress to stakeholders and resolve project escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP or CMAA certification required
- Proven expertise in large-scale residential/mixed-use developments
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and teams of 20+
