Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for commercial and mixed-use developments
- Manage budgets exceeding $10M with precise cost control and forecasting
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all job sites
- Leverage BIM technology for efficient planning and resource allocation
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and stakeholders
- Conduct regular progress reviews and quality assurance inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Texas Class A Contractor License or ability to obtain immediately
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 15+ person teams
