Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to handover, ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and local building codes
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, subcontractors, and architects to maintain project timelines and budgetary excellence
- Implement advanced project management methodologies including Agile and BIM 360 for maximum efficiency
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections and risk mitigation strategies across all project phases
- Negotiate contracts with stakeholders and vendors while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Drive sustainability initiatives through LEED certification processes and green construction practices
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and safety compliance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in project management
- PMP or LEED AP certification required with demonstrated expertise in large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, and AutoCAD with advanced knowledge of construction software ecosystems
- Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $20M within budget and schedule constraints
- Deep understanding of Texas building codes, permitting processes, and local regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams under pressure
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving in dynamic construction environments
