Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction planning and design through to final close-out and handover.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company quality control standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular site inspections and lead daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment and safety.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and labor, negotiating contracts to optimize value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects exceeding $10M in value.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project Suite.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites across the tri-state area.
