Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality assurance standards on all job sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Coordinate with city officials and regulatory bodies to secure permits and address compliance matters
- Utilize BIM/CAD technologies for accurate project documentation and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget ($5M+) and timeline
- OSHA 30-hour certification and extensive knowledge of Texas construction regulations
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen including cost estimation, budget control, and contract negotiation
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team mentoring experience
- PMP or LEAP certification highly desirable
