Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality control protocols
- Mentor junior project staff and foster collaborative team environments
- Utilitize Procore and BIM technology for project optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
