Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for commercial/residential developments ($5M+ budgets)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee budget control, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and sustainability requirements
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and proactively resolve construction challenges
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Lead client relations and stakeholder communications throughout project phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record with large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, AutoCAD, MS Project)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and PMP credential preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
