Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for commercial and residential developments valued $5M+
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining strict quality control standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety compliance audits
- Lead project teams of 15+ professionals through Agile methodologies
- Resolve technical conflicts and optimize construction workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP or LEED AP certification required
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Deep knowledge of Texas construction regulations and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project software
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- OSHA 30-hour certification
