Responsibilities
- Lead multi-million dollar construction projects from pre-construction to final closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and safety protocols across all job sites.
- Facilitate weekly site meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
- Mitigate construction risks and resolve field-level technical challenges efficiently.
- Oversee permit acquisitions and ensure full compliance with municipal building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project software.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
