Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement cutting-edge BIM technology and sustainable construction practices
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and quality control processes
- Forge strategic partnerships with vendors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction project experience
- Proven track record with $10M+ commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP or PMP certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM software
- Texas General Contractor license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in green building materials and energy-efficient construction
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
