Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage sub-contractor relations, including scope negotiation and performance oversight.
- Maintain rigorous on-site safety standards, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial forecasts and project status reports to executive stakeholders.
- Resolve complex field issues through strategic problem-solving and collaboration with architects and engineers.
- Manage permit acquisition and regulatory approvals across municipal jurisdictions.
- Implement lean construction methodologies to optimize resource allocation and waste reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- PMP or CCM certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of Texas building codes and safety protocols.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven track record of managing construction budgets exceeding $20M.
