Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Direct on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.
- Manage comprehensive project budgets, including cost estimation, change order tracking, and financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, architects, and municipal officials.
- Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules using advanced scheduling software.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and local building codes.
- Resolve on-site logistical challenges proactively to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential construction management.
- Expertise in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Strong understanding of structural design, MEP systems, and building code requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
