Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction projects from pre-planning to close-out, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all sites
- Oversee procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to stakeholders
- Drive sustainable building practices and LEED certification initiatives
- Resolve complex construction challenges using innovative problem-solving techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record of delivering commercial/residential projects over $10M
- OSHA 30-hour certification and PMP credential required
- Expert proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with BIM and sustainable construction methodologies
