Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with city officials for permitting and inspections
- Optimize resource allocation and subcontractor performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven track record delivering commercial/residential projects over $10M
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Texas Class A Contractor License required
- Strong knowledge of IBC and local building codes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
